At the notary appointment, please have at least one form of government or state-issued identification that includes your picture and signature, such as a current Driver’s License or Passport.

Washington State law requires that fees be agreed-upon prior to document signing. Visiting Notaries of Seattle fee schedule is as follows:

Escrow Closing Flat Fee  (Notary and Travel)	$100.00
Travel Fee, within Seattle City Limits – 9:00 to 5:00 Weekdays	$40.00
Travel Fee, within Seattle City Limits – 5:00 to 11:00 Evenings	$50.00
Travel Fee, Within Seattle City Limits – Weekends	$60.00
Travel Fee, Outside Seattle City Limits	Negotiated
